Orders and Shipping

Depends on the seller. Usually, an item dispatches within 24 – 48 hrs. In some unusual cases, it may take little bit longer to dispatch the items. Delivery time is between 3 to 7 Business Days from the dispatched date excluding customs clearance. The delivery services are off on Saturday, Sunday and other national holidays.

If you provide a wrong address by mistake or wanted to change delivery address after placing the order, it has to be done immediately as in some cases order will be dispatched in few hours after delivery. So we request you change address before 2 hours after placing the order.

As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, your tracking number is generated and an auto email is sent you with all tracking details. All our tracking systems are automated.

We use Strip and Razor Pay as our payment gateway providers so payment is captured by these payment gateway providers.  No we don’t store your credit card information on file with us. 

Products sold are inclusive of taxes. Except if there are any customs taxes/duties that are supposed to be paid by customers. 

We currently serve 60+ Countries, mostly we got you covered. So, our system is capable of telling you if the order is shippable or not. If you have further question you can call us or write to us. We are all ears for you.

It depends of the number of sellers that serve your order. If the products in the order come from multiple sellers we mostly send it in separate packages in which case you will receive tracking details of all your order shipments.
