  1. How To Order From DesiYaaro? 

It’s easy, now get delivered to your doorstep in click of a button, here you go

  • Go to desiyaaro.com
  • Add products of your choice from seller of your preference to the cart along with the quantity and weight
  • Once done adding all the various products you need to purchase, Click on the cart button and press check out (top right corner).
  • Provide your contact details for seamless delivery and your shipping/billing address
  • “Continue to next step” and input your payment information
  • Place order.. Hola.. Your order will be on its way to you now.
  1. Can I Order From Any Country?

As of now, DesiYaaro is operational and serviceable to 162 countries, that cover most of the earth. We think we have your country covered. If you don’t think so, try to place the order with delivery address and you will come to know if it is serviceable.  

  1. What Is The Average Delivery Time?

Depends on the seller. But in general average delivery time is between 3 to 7 Business Days from the dispatched date excluding customs clearance. The delivery services are off on Saturday, Sunday and other national holidays.

  1. Stock Availability

Desi Yaaro sellers stock most of the items. Some seasonal items will often get sold out, replenishing of which depends on market conditions. If something you like is sold out, please reach out to us. Once the stock is available we will let you know.

  1. Once Ordered When It Will Be Dispatched?

Depends on the seller. Usually, an item dispatches within 24 – 48 hrs. In some unusual cases, it may take little bit longer to dispatch the items.

  1. If The Items Are Damaged In The Transit Will You Replace Them?

We will refund or replace according to the damage occurred and as per the return policy.

  1. If I Cancel The Order, Will You Refund The Order Price?

we will do a refund in following cases

  • If the order is canceled within 2 hours. 
  • If the order is not yet prepared/packed by seller

You will receive an automated order confirmation email with order number to your registered email address with all the details of the order.

We currently procure items from various vendors and vendor name, ratings, reviews and information is shown. If you have a preference of vendor, please search and find them using our search bar.

All payments are in USD. All taxes are inclusive in Prices of Products and shipping.

DesiYaaro is providing a platform for the sellers internationally to sell their products in our website. DesiYaaro is not liable for any products and respective shipping. DesiYaaro will only provide the supporting services to customers and sellers.

All our products are double packed, meaning we pack it with high density, non-breakable bags first and then we do it again, So, it makes sure it’s strong enough not to break. Most of our customers buy our food products to take them abroad, So, our packing makes sure that its doesn’t break during the transit in flights or baggage handling system. We take utmost care while undertaking packaging of our products so that your food items are delivered to you in the best condition.

Our Delivery partner is the well know name is courier industry. Your items would be carefully packaged and picked by our delivery partners and delivered to your doorstep.
