Our Story
Desiyaaro began as a weekend-table conversation between friends who grew up shopping the lanes of Chandni Chowk and the boutiques of Hyderabad, then moved to the US and struggled to find the same authenticity online. We launched in 2022 from a two-room studio in Irving, Texas with a simple promise: every piece on the site is one we would proudly wear ourselves, sourced directly from the artisan studios who make it — no dropshipping, no grey-market goods.
Today our Irving warehouse ships thousands of orders across North America, but the philosophy has not changed: small batches, honest pricing, and a customer-care desk run by real people who answer the phone.

How We Work
Pieces arrive at our Irving warehouse in small batches and are photographed in natural daylight by our in-house studio. Every garment is inspected, steamed, folded, and packed with a handwritten thank-you card before it ships. Orders placed before 3 PM Central Time on a business day leave the warehouse the same afternoon. US standard shipping is free on every order and comes with end-to-end tracking.
Our Promise
If something is not right — the fit, the colour, the embroidery — we will make it right. Most pieces can be returned within 30 days. Email our care desk and you will hear back from a real person in the same business day, not a bot.
