Shipping

All orders ship free within the United States and are fully insured during transit.

How do I place an order?

Browse our collection at desiyaaro.com, select the item you wish to purchase, and add it to your cart. At checkout, enter your shipping address and payment details to complete the order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is completely free on all orders within the United States. There are no minimum order requirements.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once handed to the carrier, transit takes an estimated 7–15 business days to arrive.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to activate.

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at wecare@desiyaaro.com immediately.

Are my items insured during shipping?

Yes. Every Desi Yaaro order is fully insured during transit. We ship via FedEx, USPS, and UPS. In the rare event that your package is lost or significantly damaged in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue — either by reshipping your order or issuing a full refund.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses. A valid physical street address is required at checkout. Orders placed with an ineligible address may be delayed or canceled.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us immediately at wecare@desiyaaro.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has entered processing.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future — stay tuned for updates.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?

We do not currently offer gift wrapping or personalized gift messages. Each item does arrive in a premium presentation box, making it a beautiful gift as-is.

How do I set the time and date on my item?

Each product page includes detailed specifications and any care instructions. If you have a specific question about a product before ordering, please email us and we will be happy to help.

Can I alter or modify the product?

You may have items adjusted or altered locally if needed. Please note: once a product has been altered, sized, or modified in any way, it becomes ineligible for return.

Do not size your item until you are fully satisfied with it. Sizing voids your return eligibility per our Return Policy.

Where can I find product specifications?

Material specifications and care details vary by product. Please refer to the individual product page for the exact composition, sizing, and any care notes provided.

Always follow the care instructions provided with each product to keep it in good condition.

How should I care for my product?

To keep your product in good condition:

  • Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after use to remove dust, sweat, or oils.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, heat, or harsh chemicals.
  • Store in the original box or a soft pouch when not in use.
  • Follow any care instructions printed on the product label or included documentation.
  • Reach out to our customer-care team if you need product-specific advice.
My item arrived with minor packaging marks — is it defective?

Some superficial marks on the outer shipping box can occur during transit and do not affect the product itself. Please inspect the product carefully. If the item itself shows any defect or damage, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and the packaging so we can resolve it quickly.

Do your items come with a warranty?

Warranty coverage varies by product. Where a warranty is provided by the manufacturer, the relevant terms and any documentation are included with the product. Warranty coverage typically applies to manufacturing defects and does not extend to damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Are the products on desiyaaro.com sold by Desi Yaaro directly?

Yes. Desi Yaaro is an independent online retailer. We work with selected suppliers and fulfilment partners and ship products in their original packaging with any included documentation.


Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover — as well as PayPal. All transactions are processed securely.

When will my card be charged?

Your card is charged after your order has been successfully shipped, not at the time of placing the order.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. We adhere to the highest industry standards to protect your information. All credit card data is encrypted during transmission using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. Your payment details are used solely to process your transaction and are never stored on our servers.

When can I expect my refund to appear?

Once your return has been received and approved, a refund is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it typically takes 3–7 business days for the credit to appear in your account.

What if my refund hasn't arrived after the expected time?

If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not seen it, please contact us at wecare@desiyaaro.com with your order number and we will investigate promptly.


Returns

What is your return window?

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to our return conditions. The item must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.

In which cases can I return my item?

You may return your item if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • The wrong model, color, or variant was delivered.
  • Items were missing from your order.
  • You are unsatisfied with your purchase and the item meets our return conditions (unworn, unaltered, with original packaging).
My item arrived damaged — what should I do?

Please contact us at wecare@desiyaaro.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, the damage, and the outer shipping packaging.

We will review your case and propose an appropriate resolution — replacement, repair, or full refund. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.

If the outer box looks damaged upon delivery, photograph the packaging before opening and note the condition with the carrier driver if possible.

How do I start a return?

Do not ship anything back without prior authorization. To start a return:

  • Email wecare@desiyaaro.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos.
  • Once approved, we will send you an RMA number and a prepaid return label.
  • Pack the item securely in the original box and outer packaging, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Can I exchange my item for a different model?

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way is to return your original item following our return process, and then place a new order for the model you want at desiyaaro.com.

What items cannot be returned?

The following are non-returnable under any circumstances:

  • Items that have been worn, sized, or altered in any way.
  • Custom, personalized, or engraved items.
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories where applicable.
  • Items with signs of wear, scratches, or post-delivery damage.
  • Final sale and promotional items.
  • Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery.
