We ship to the United States only. Orders leave our Hong Kong fulfilment warehouse by FedEx. Expect your parcel in 7 to 12 business days from the day you order. Shipping is a flat $7.95, free over $79, and a 10% import duty is collected at checkout so nothing further is charged on delivery.

Where your order ships from
Every order is dispatched from our fulfilment partner’s warehouse in Kwai Chung, Hong Kong. Our California office does not hold stock and does not dispatch parcels.

How the timing works
The delivery estimate is made of two parts, and both are counted in business days – Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Handling: 1 to 3 business days. The time between your payment clearing and the parcel being handed to FedEx. Orders placed at a weekend start on the next business day.
- Transit: 6 to 9 business days. FedEx moving the parcel from Hong Kong to your address, including customs clearance.
That gives a total of 7 to 12 business days. Customs can occasionally add a day or two beyond that; it is outside our control, but if a parcel stalls we will chase it with the carrier for you.
Import duties and taxes
Because your order crosses a border, it is subject to US import duty. We collect 10% at checkout, itemised on the order summary as “Import duties & taxes”, and settle it on your behalf.
The total you see at checkout is the entire amount we charge you. FedEx will not present you with a further bill for duty on this shipment. If a carrier ever does invoice you for something relating to a DesiYaaro order, forward it to support@desiyaaro.com and we will look into it with them.
Tracking
When your parcel is handed to FedEx we email you the tracking number, and it also appears on your order page under My Account. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan – a number that shows nothing on day one is normal, not a lost parcel.

Addresses we cannot deliver to
- PO boxes.
- APO, FPO and DPO military addresses.
- Freight forwarders and parcel-forwarding services.
- Anywhere outside the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.
If you order to one of these, we will email you to ask for an alternative address. If we cannot get one, we will cancel and refund in full.
Changing your address
Email support@desiyaaro.com as soon as you can. While the order is still in handling we can usually change it. Once FedEx has the parcel we cannot redirect it, and you would need to arrange that with FedEx directly using your tracking number.
If something goes wrong
- Tracking has not moved for a week. Email us; we will open a trace with FedEx.
- Tracking says delivered but nothing arrived. Check with neighbours and around the property first, then email us within 7 days of the delivery scan and we will file a claim.
- The parcel arrived damaged. Photograph the outer packaging before you unpack any further, then email wecare@desiyaaro.com.
Split shipments
If an order contains items held in different parts of the warehouse it may arrive in more than one parcel, on different days. You are not charged twice for shipping, and each parcel gets its own tracking number.
