When will my order ship?

In-stock pieces leave our warehouse in 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 3 PM Central Time on a business day are picked, packed, and scanned by the carrier the same afternoon. Custom-stitched items need 4–7 additional business days for tailoring.

How long does delivery take?

US Economy is 5–8 business days from dispatch; US Standard is 3–5; 2-Day Expedited is 2. International Economy runs 10–18 business days and International Express 4–8, plus any customs time. Full breakdown on our Shipping Policy.

How do I track my order?

You get an automated dispatch email with a one-click tracking link the moment the carrier scans your parcel. You can also open My Orders any time. If tracking has not moved for more than 5 business days in the US (or 14 internationally), email us and we will open a trace with the carrier.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — over 40 countries including Canada, the UK, EU, Australia, UAE, and India. Import duties and local taxes are collected by the carrier at delivery and are the buyer’s responsibility. If your country is not selectable at checkout, email us for a custom quote.

My parcel shows “delivered” but I have not received it. What do I do?

Check with household members, look for a carrier safe-place photo on the tracking page, and ask neighbours. If it is still missing, email wecare@desiyaaro.com within 48 hours — we file a formal claim with the carrier and replace or refund confirmed losses.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Everything shown at checkout is live and ready to use.

Is checkout safe?

Yes. The entire site is on HTTPS with TLS 1.2+. Payment is handled by PCI-DSS Level 1 gateways (Stripe / PayPal / Shop Pay). We never see or store your full card number.

Why was my card declined?

It is almost always a routine bank check — mismatched billing zip code, first-time international purchase, or a daily limit. Your bank’s app or helpline can authorise the charge in under a minute. Contact us if the problem persists and we will help you resolve it.

Sizing, Fit & Care

How do I pick the right size?

Every product page carries a size chart in both inches and centimetres. Ethnic wear sizing varies piece to piece, so we list the actual garment measurements (bust, waist, length) rather than only a generic “S / M / L”. If you are between sizes, message us with your body measurements and we will recommend the best fit.

How do I care for my garment?

Care instructions are sewn into every piece and also printed on the product page. As a general rule: hand wash or dry-clean embroidered / zari pieces, keep them out of direct sunlight when drying, and store in the cotton dust bag we ship. Avoid bleach or harsh detergents on hand-worked fabric.

Do you offer stitching or alterations?

Yes for select sarees and blouses — look for the “Stitching available” badge on the listing. Provide your measurements at checkout and our Irving team forwards them to our partner tailor. Stitching adds 4–7 business days to dispatch.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

30 calendar days from delivery for most pieces, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and tagged. Custom-stitched pieces, pierced jewellery, and opened beauty items are final sale. See the full Refund & Returns Policy.

How long does a refund take?

Once your parcel is inspected in Irving, we issue the refund the same day. The amount typically lands on your statement within 5–7 business days — bank-dependent.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email wecare@desiyaaro.com within 72 hours with photos of the issue and the packaging. We cover the return shipping and send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes. Digital gift cards in multiple denominations ship instantly by email, never expire, and are redeemable on anything on the site.

Do you restock sold-out pieces?
