How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Processing time does not include shipping time. Shipping time begins after the order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No. We currently ship within the United States only.
Where are orders shipped from?
Orders may be fulfilled from domestic or international warehouses depending on product availability and the most efficient logistics route. Final delivery within the United States is typically handled by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other local delivery partners.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of weather, customs processing, carrier delays, peak seasons, or high order volume.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $9.95 and is free on orders over $100. Expedited shipping is $19.95, if available at checkout.
Why is my tracking number not updating?
Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after your package has shipped. Tracking may also pause temporarily while the package is processed, transferred, cleared, or handed to the final delivery carrier.
How can I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, visit our Track Order page, or check the carrier website.
What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays, failed delivery, or additional reshipping fees.
What should I do if my package is lost, delayed, or damaged?
Contact us at supportdesiyaaro.com with your order number and tracking number. For damaged items, include clear photos of the product and packaging.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for new only products within 30 days. Returns are handled by mail. A free return label is included in the package. A 10% restocking fee applies to the product price for approved returns, and approved refunds are processed within 7 days.
