Depends on the seller. Usually, an item dispatches within 24 – 48 hrs. In some unusual cases, it may take little bit longer to dispatch the items. Delivery time is between 3 to 7 Business Days from the dispatched date excluding customs clearance. The delivery services are off on Saturday, Sunday and other national holidays.
If The Items Are Damaged In The Transit We will refund or replace according to the damage occurred and as per the return policy.
If You Cancel The Order, we will do a refund in following cases
- If the order is canceled within 2 hours.
- If the order is not yet prepared/packed by seller
If you provide a wrong address by mistake or wanted to change delivery address after placing the order, it has to be done immediately as in some cases order will be dispatched in few hours after delivery. So we request you change address before 2 hours after placing the order.
As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, your tracking number is generated and an auto email is sent you with all tracking details.

It depends of the number of sellers that serve your order. If the products in the order come from multiple sellers we mostly send it in separate packages in which case you will receive tracking details of all your order shipments.
Customs Fee has to be paid by customer in case of customs duty charged by respective country.
