Which address to write to
- Before you order, or about an order on its way: support@desiyaaro.com. Sizing, fabric, stock, delivery dates, changing an address, cancelling.
- Returns, exchanges, damage, or anything that went wrong: wecare@desiyaaro.com. Always email here before sending anything back – we will reply with a return authorisation, the correct return address and what to do next.
If you write to the wrong one it still gets to us; it just takes a little longer.
What to include
It saves a round trip if your first message includes:
- Your order number, if you have one (it looks like #1234 and is in your confirmation email).
- The email address you used at checkout.
- For a fault or a wrong item, two or three photographs – the whole garment, and a close-up of the problem.

This is our registered business and correspondence address. It is not a shop, not a warehouse and not a returns depot - orders are packed and dispatched from our fulfilment warehouse, and returns go to the address we send you with your return authorisation.
Please do not post returns to this address. It is an office. Parcels sent there without a return authorisation cannot be processed and may be refused. Email wecare@desiyaaro.com first and we will send you the address to use.
