How you can pay
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club, plus PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Card payments are processed by Shopify Payments on their own encrypted systems - your full card number never reaches our servers.
How payment works
When you reach the payment step you are handed to Shopify Payments, or to PayPal if that is what you chose. Your card details are entered on their encrypted systems, not ours. We are told only that the payment cleared, the card type, and the last four digits – never the full number and never the security code.
Payment is taken when you place the order, not when it ships. If we cannot fulfil an order after taking payment, we refund it in full.
What you are charged
The total on the final checkout screen is the entire amount we charge. It is made up of:
- The price of the items.
- Shipping – a flat $7.95, or free on orders over $79.
- Nothing else – no sales tax or import duty is added. Any US import duty on your parcel is paid by us.
There is no separate handling fee, no currency conversion fee from us, and no second invoice when the parcel is delivered.
Currency
All prices and charges are in US dollars. If your card is issued outside the US your bank may apply its own conversion or foreign transaction fee – that is between you and your bank, and we do not see it.
Failed payments
If a payment is declined, nothing is charged and no order is created. The usual causes are a wrong billing address, an expired card, or your bank’s fraud check. Try again with a different card, or use PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay instead. If it keeps failing, email support@desiyaaro.com – do not send card details by email, and we will never ask you to.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the method you paid with. We cannot refund to a different card or account. See our Return & Refund Policy for timing.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS on every page. We never store full card numbers or security codes. We will never phone or email you to ask for your card details, your password, or a one-time code – if someone does, it is not us.
